Syncronization help needed

I used DM to sync my storm to my outlook 2003 and everything seemed to be fine, but now I just realised that something is not working right

I have 2 different e-mails accounts set up on my phone as well as in my outlook, if I setup an appointment on my phone using my 2nd e-mail, it does not sync with my outlook.

If I set it with the 1rst e-mail account everything works fine.

I looked in the synchronization options and could not find where I could get both of them to sync.
