I have a new computer (mac--it's my first one) and I need to sync my contacts with Microsoft office (for mac). I've installed the blackberry software for mac and tried to go into entourage and set everything up in preferences as instructed by the blackberry site but I cannot for the life of me get this to sync. Any tips? It is driving me crazy and the people at tmobile are clueless.

you should be syncing with contacts and then entourage syncs with contacts thats how I have it setup

Right. But it wont sync. I'll plug in the BB and it will momentarily be "connected" then go away and it won't even sync the first time.
