I'm trying to pull contacts off my old palm centro using the Device Switch Wizard in DM 5.0. I have the newest version of Palm Desktop installed as well.
I plug both phones into the computer, and go into the wizard, but on the second screen when it asks if it's a palm or windows mobile phone, everything is grayed out, and I can't progress. My computer recognizes both phones, because I'm able to back up data on both using their respective softwares, but the DM software won't let me do anything.
