Situation:
- New to Blackberry - I just bought a Sprint Curve 8330
-The phone is not on BES but I'd like to sync my calendar and contacts from my work laptop.
- The IT dept installed Desktop Manager v4.5 on my work laptop with Outlook 2007
- I also have Desktop Manager v4.5 on my home laptop.
Plan
-I want to use my home laptop to back up, make changes, ringtones, etc.
-I'd like to be able to sync my BB and get contacts (about 150) and calendar from my work pc.
Problem
When I connected my BB to the work pc, clicked on Synchronize>Synchronize>Configure settings. As soon as this happens, I get and error and red X that says "Intllisync - An unknown error has occurred"
Question - will it be possible to do this? Any advice would be appreciated!!
