Download the latest driver, install, reboot.

On your Storm: go to Option>Memory> Put your MTP to OFF.

    Good Luck

Btw I'm using Google Sync. Much better for me.

Get MissingSync. Everyone's experiences with PocketMac and MissingSync vary. My experience with MissingSync has been great. Yes, I have had issues with the software, but their support team is fast and smart. Within a day of sending them a ticket through their website I receive an email from a tech support specialist. Its $40 versus pocketmac which is free, but you get what you pay for...

With MS 2.0 -- I'm able to sync my Storm via Bluetooth and it can be set to autosync via bt when in range.

I had this problem and it took a while to sort out. You need to completely uninstall the Pocket Mac ( and Media Sync if you ever had it installed)
Then reboot then reinstall Pocket mac then reboot and then Install the new USB driver then reboot again. You should then just get your memory card icon (if you have one) on the desktop.
I think what is happening sometimes is the driver does not properly update so Pocket Mac cannot see the Storm.

I had this problem too, but after installing the drivers for PocketMac I tried another USB port on the mac & it worked fine.

Missing Sync works very well here. However, since there's google sync I really haven't directly synced my Storm to my notebook in weeks. I use google sync on the phone and spanning sync on the computer - everything works automatically (and quite well...)
