I'm on a 9700 and when syncing my mac and BB, some of the contacts on my BB are essentially 'empty' contacts. They're just names with no other information (e..g phone number), even though they do have more info in my mac's address book.
I thought of trying to find a pattern with the contacts. First I thought perhaps it doesn't sync the numbers than have a + at the beginning (like +13102223333) but that's not the case. There seems to be no pattern here.
What gives? How can I fix this? I've searched and searched and haven't found a solution, and it's starting to me off, to be honest. Is there an alternative to BlackBerry Desktop Manager?
