I am currently using a VZW 9850 with OS 7.0 and desktop manager v6.1.0.35 bundle 34.
I am able to convert video files with the manager to the BlackBerry format to store and view them on the phone but I can't create a destination directory on the phone. It defaults to a preset folder on the phone and if it's your first time, you'll spend some time trying to find out where your video went. I noticed that you can set a destination folder to transfer files from the phone to a PC but you cannot select a destination folder on the phone when using the media converter transferring from a PC to the phone. Does anyone know why or have a workaround other than going to the preset folder and moving it later? Thanks.
