Does anyone know of a way that I can remove all personal data from an 8900 that has a screen that is cracked? I can't see anything on the screen, I've already restored the data to a new BB but before sending the old one in I need to remove the personal information on there. the problem is that with the screen shot, I can't see the screen to get to the wipe handheld option.
JL CMDR or the Blackberry Swiss Army Knife. They will both allow you to wipe the handheld regardless of the screen's condition. I would lean towards the Blackberry Swiss Army Knife, it is newer and has a few more options.
