I just upgraded from my curve to the tour (lovin the tour so far) however, last night i went home and plugged in my tour, roxio read the new pin# and it is asked for a password. i called sprint and heard multiple answers, the code i use to use to "lock" my curve with, enter (4) "O" or (4) 1's or is it a general password? I only get 3 attempts then it automatically started to default all my settings on the tour. thankfully there was not too much that i entered in. if anyone can please help that would be great.
