    Hoping someone can help. I haven't had an issue until I tried to sync my tunes on Desktop Messenger this past weekend. I can't get the app Verizon Rhapsody to load correctly. I've tried deleting the app several times and reloading it. Each time the app says it downloaded successful, however when I open the app, it has a blue background on the top half of the screen with a small Rhapsody window, and the bottom half is this weird keyboard; not like a normal keyboard. Any suggestions? I called Verizon tech support and they said I may have gotten a bug from a third party app... but I haven't downloaded any other apps recently. I think it has to do with the sync I tried this weekend. Any ideas? Thanks. I'm new at this and can use the help!
