hi guys. i had to buy a Black Berry Bold 9700 without a camera for security reasons with my work.. i had to buy it used one and i didnt check regarding the IT policy..
anyways, ive been trying doing all the steps mentioned but i still get the IT policy available..

Support Resources> Support Tools> Reset Factory (Im Not able to click on it)

ive done the Command prompt Method but i get a msg that the program is not recognized..

i have no idea what to do, and when i read your posts i get frustrated and i say to myself what the hell am i doing wrong..

any ideas on how to resolve this issue
