Shut down all programs, make sure your Blackberry is disconnected from you computer, remove any previous versions of Desktop Manager if you have any, temp. disable anti virus software, download and run. Restart your computer, open up desktop manager, and hook up your Bold. Very easy, go through all settings for what you want to snyc....Outlook, etc.
