So I installed the new OS for the 9700 (5.0.0.862 - Vodafone) and my desktop manager isn't letting me add new media files or anything like that. It keeps telling me that I have to turn on Mass Storage Mode for this to work. I have desktop manager 6.

My phone is an unlocked AT&T Bold 9700 and my service provider is Fido (Canada).

How do I fix this guys? I'm relatively new to this whole blackberry stuff.

Common wisdom dictates that you enable Mass Storage Mode.

Forum rules say excessive bumping isn't allowed :/

Go into Options > Memory. Make sure everything is set to On and Yes. Back out, click Save.

Also, I'm on the same OS and also have DM 6. Never had a problem.
