Hi. I have a problem with my blackberry playbook connect to Blackberry Desktop Software. I use ubuntu and Virtualbox, where I have Windows XP SP3, I installed all drivers and everything but if I connecting and initializing my playbook pop up message: Blackberry desktop software cannot communicate with the connected device. I tried update and retry, switch off WIFI but nothing.
