hey please help , this tour is my first blackberry and i downloaded blackberry manager to update the OS...its downloaded but the device wont connect,.... i click on the pin on the bottom since it said none...one i hit the pin, im told to put it device password..what the h3ll does that mean? it says one last attempt before all information erased
