My wife has a Blackberry Bold 9650 with Verizon, with the newest software on the phone as an updated desktop manager. She as approximately 140 photos on the phone, which I can see when I go to media/photos on the phone itself. When I plug it into the computer and open Desktop Manager, so that I can move the photos there, it shows 3 photos, none of which are actually on the phone. Anyone know if this problem?

My Tour seems to work fine.

Yeah I don't have a 5.0 Device at the moment.
    so.. um .

    Find mass storage mode,
i think she set it to no.
    change it to prompt.

Thanks, I couldn't find anything that would let me change mass storage mode though. It looks like she's running 6.0 on the device.

Right now I'm stuck emailing the pictures to herself in bundles of 8-10 at a time ...

The desktop Manager program is looking for files of a certain extension such as JPG. I have had similar issues with windows programs not seeing my files. I know that is your problem, but I am not certain of a concrete answer for you. Good luck.
