    Hello.

    I am doing a full device backup for a user. It has been working fine for months (does it once a month) but now for some reason it fails to back up 3 MMS messages. The rest of the backup works fine. Any idea what would cause it to fail on just 3 of 60+? Phone is a Bold 9900. Thank you

    That is VERY odd. But try this possible work around. Have him forward the MMS's to himself and then see if the forwarded copies backup.
