This might be a stupid question, but i've been having real problems and am willing to risk humiliation... If you are using the new DM for Macs to sync Entourage 2004 calendar, tasks & notes to your blackberry, do you first need to sync it to iCal, Mail, etc? Or can you sync directly from Entourage?
All the support pages I seem to be reading are saying that you need to sync to the mac programs first. But when I do that I lose my categories and a bunch of other info. I know pocketmac was not perfect, but atleast you could sync directly with entourage.
Pocket Mac for all it's faults does sync Categories because it syncs directly with Entourage. BlackBerry DM for Mac uses Sync Services which can only sync one calendar. So does Missing Sync.
RIM will blame Apple. But why is it that Pocket Mac know how to sync BlackBerry to Entourage but RIM don't?
