How can I enable BlackBerry link to automatically sync my phone when I am connected bb link ?
I have try clicking all picture or videos and sync to desktop, I have the sync icon beside the "all pictures " "all videos"...but why is it not syncing?

Hmm let me give you a bump as no issue with Windows here.
Open BB Link. Then, with your device connected, select your device in the lower left hand corner, select the settings icon in the upper right hand corner, go to"Synchronization" and check the box(es) for the content you want to auto-sync.

I reached out to my Mac people. I know some of them either have a second Windows desktop that they borrow or own, OR they use a program that lets them run windows programs on their mac, and they use the Windows version of Link. Don't you have a friend or relative with a PC?
Will BB Link work running windows under VMware Fusion or Parallels for Mac? I recall reading somewhere that it doesn't.

I may be a little out of date on my info, but this is exactly what my friendly used to do in the Desktop Manager days, I'm not sure about Link. I think some ARE using the Mac version, some may be borrowing or owning a PC, and some may still be using the VM Fusion or Parallels solution. I had not heard of it not working with Link, BUT I'm really not Mac savvy at all! My only apple product is my iPad Air, which I DO love!
Problems solved, I can't believe we need to turn off wifi on z10 to able to sync -_-

That may be the issue I am having on my Win8 box I will have to try that! :)
Good to hear that it's now fixed. I don't have any problems syncing with the WiFi on. Guess it all depends on your setup.
