Every time I connect my bold to the desktop manager it performs an update. Like just now I plugged it in via USB and it searched for updates, I installed them, I unplugged the USB, then put it in again, it looked or updates and suggested exactly the same lot all over again!

Why does it do this!!!

Each time I connect my 8900 to my PC, DM v.5.0 opens a window called "Task Launcher", which indicates that it is looking for device updates.

Does yours do this?

I find it very annoying, because it takes 2-3 minutes to go through this. I can't find any way to turn this off, though....
