BlackBerry Desktop Manager freezes up everytime I try to do just about anything including but not limited to opening up the Media Manager. I want to get the pictures off my phone. I can't send picture messages. I can't bluetooth it to my computer. The pictures are not saved on a media card. Please help.

Instead of using DM why don't you use mass media. It doesn't require DM.

I am using version What do you mean by mass media? When I plug it into the computer. There is a new drive that comes up. It is drive G. But when I click on it, it asks me to insert a disk.

go to options>memory>and if mass storage is on, then you should be able to pull up the media card folder and drag and drop pics on and off of it

I don't have a media card. When I go to options on my phone, there isn't an option titled "Memory."

Okay, it's more like Options>Advanced Options>Media Card. But it was already set to on. And like I said, I don't have a media card; it's all stored on the phone.

Then I would say go to walmart drop 15 bucks on a 2gb media card and move it to the card.

Try using a different version of the dm. Go to blackberry's website and get 4.6 w/media manager and see if that helps anything
