How exactly do you transfer documents to go files from your BlackBerry to your PC, and vice versa? I thought this was done by syncing your device with the My DocsToGo desktop software. But I created a word document on my BlackBerry, synced it, and it never got transfered to the My DocsToGo folder on my PC, so I guess I was wrong.

    Thanks!

Make sure that your phone is set to
    >> tools
    >> memory
    >> mass storage mode support ON
    >> auto enable mass storage mode when connected ON

    Using USB connect PC>BB

You will be able to see and move the D2G files in your PC's BB file directories.

After you do that do you use the BlackBerry desktop software or the Documents to Go software?

All your D2G data should be saved on your microSD card.

You do not use DM to transfer and sync data

I have not used the D2G desktop that comes with Version 2.0004
This version says that you can sync:

Documents To Go for BlackBerry Smartphones: Word, Excel and PowerPoint on your BlackBerry Smartphone

On the free D2G version that comes with the 9000 there is no desktop:

I suggest to 'move', 'delete', or 'copy & move' the files from phone<>PC manually. Create a storage directory on your PC.
