    I just got my new Verizon Bold 9650 yesterday, and so far I really like it. I tried to use BB desktop management to migrate my calendar and contacts from my Palm Centro, though, and ran into a snag.

    The instructions were to connect my BB to my PC. I did that and it recognized it. It then said to connect my Palm to the PC, and I did that also. The screen then said to choose either a Palm or Windows Mobile (I think) device to migrate from, but the choices were grayed out and stayed that way. I could not figure out how to go any further.

    Any ideas on what the problem might be?

    Hmmm... I see where version 6 is now available today. I wonder if using that might solve my problem? I'll have to try it when I get home tonight.

    Version 6 did not help at all. In fact, it appears they have removed the option for trying to migrate from a non-BB phone.
