Well this new Desktop Manager is pretty but hardly useful. I've been putting this off for long enough in hope that I will manage to fix it, so I've finally posted my issue.

Using my Blackberry Bold 9000 and my Desktop Manager recognizes the phone but will not allow me to manage my media! It claims it isn't in mass storage mode but I'm positive that it is, so what the f-ck is up!? Grrrrr

Thanks for anyone who can help. I really want to upload some new songs/ringtones!

Well I tried this technique:
KB19717-The BlackBerry smartphone is not detected as a USB Mass Storage Device when connected to a computer

HURRAY THIS FIXED IT!!!!!!
