I had to transfer my old text messages from my damaged 9810 to a new one. I got the new one about a month ago so I had a lot of new texts on my new divice. I went to the ATT store and they used the BB desk top manager software for the transfer. Only random blocks of old texts transferred and random blocks of texts that had existed on my new 9810 have disappeared including the last two days worth entirely. What happened? Can I restore all of them somehow?
