Ok, I know Link has many issues and I gave up long ago with trying to sync my contacts with outlook but I do have to admit that Link has worked perfect for copying all my pics, vids, docs, etc to my windows 7 pc until a couple days ago.

All of a sudden Link will not copy my pictures over. Vid's, docs still work perfect...just pic's are the problem. when I try to copy manually I receive the attached message and when I click on "Synced Media" the wheel just keeps turning like the other attached pic.

I reloaded Link but no success.

I had this problem the other day. Link usually works just fine, but this sync issue popped up out of the blue. I had to unplug the phone from the computer and let it reconnect a couple of times. Then it just started working again.

I have the same problem (and had it several times before).After some disconnecting of device (physically and in LinkSoftware) it seems to work again, but only a few syncs later out of the blue same issue came up. Connecting via WiFi or USB makes no difference. Strangely it only appears with syncing Pictures. Music does work perfectly via playlists.
Since several weeks of trying, reinstalling reconnecting, etc. I gave up. Now I copy my Pictures to Device by using Windows Explorer manually.

My Device: BB Classic with OS 10.3.1.1779
PC`: Windows 8.1

I have the exact same issue. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Link and no difference. it wont let me re-sync the relationships either.
