Recently updated link and osx to mavericks.

Now BlackBerry Link will not recognize SD card items nor will it automatically sync with iTunes.

Any suggestions?

Having the same problem with new update (BB Link 1.2.0.17). Did you find a fix?

Same problem here with BB Link 1.2.0.17. Not showing my SD card at all in link (although I can see it if I switch to Mass Storage Mode)

I am running a leaked BB OS : 10.2.1.1925

I have been talking with BlackBerry Help through Twitter, and I hope they can provide a resolution. I will report back if they do.

One thing I have found, is when I select to sync all my music BlackBerry Link will then try to sync it to my phone memory and not my 64gb memory card. So I load albums one at a time. I hope this may help some of you.
