    Have had Link up and running for a couple months with no problem after I got my new Classic.
    Went today to do a full backup and the sw crashed when I hit enter on the pwd dialogue box.
    Did a complete re&re to no avail.
    Don't understand, have not changed any settings, nor done any updates.
    Any help is greatly appreciated!!

    PS currently running Win7 Pro64, Classic is 10.3.1.

    run ccleaner on your computer. reboot. reinstall link. try again.
