LINK 'Cannot communicate to device' Q5!!!!!

Hey guys,

I recently bought a Q5 and it was working fine, but now whenever I turn on the phone I just get a black screen with a connect to PC logo! I have tried connecting to Blackberry Link, but it just says 'Cannot communicate with Device. Whenever I try to reload the device it just starts then the phone resets and does the same thing again!!!! So frustrating!!!!

Any ideas?

Have you rebooted your pc? What OS is on the pc? Have you tried with UAC on the pc disabled?

Yeah, I've tried it on two seperate PCs one running windows 8 and one 7, got the same result on both.

Not familiar with UAC, what is this?
