    Well, BB Link is not syncing my contacts again...any thoughts? I sent the logs and will wait to hear back from Blackberry. The error message said there was something wrong with all my contacts. I have to say this has been awful...10 years with BlackBerry and really starting to wonder why.

    Good luck with that. I bet you wont hear from them. BB Link is the worse piece of software that BlackBerry ever gave birth to - I'm sure they will win some sort of award: Worse Software 2013

    You are right...I was assigned a case number and sent logs to BlackBerry and have never heard back from them...oh well.

    Add me to the list. I updated to latest BlackBerry Link, uninstalled, then reinstalled. Cannot perform backup or restore now.
