- Use terminal to run command prompt action on your MAC and copy and paste this into it:
/Applications/BlackBerry\ Desktop\Manager.app/Contents/MacOS/bbdm
and choose your option after the bbdm...
If you want to reset your Blackberry to Factory settings then you would cut and paste this:
/Applications/BlackBerry\ Desktop\Manager.app/Contents/MacOS/bbdm -resettofactory
Usage: bbdm [-pin <pin>] [-debug [yes|no]] [-password <password>] [-quiet] <command>
-pin Specifies the handheld PIN (hex pin prefix '0x')
-debug 'yes' enables VM debug mode, 'no' disables VM debug mode (default 'no')
-password Connects using the specified password
-quiet Don't display status messages

eventlog [<output filename>]
screenshot [active|primary|auxiliary] [<output filename>]
dir [<output filename>]
deviceinfo [<output filename>]
radio [on|off]
resettofactory
dump <output filename>
enum [<output filename>]
