When I click on Media Manager, the button says "Install" rather than Launch. I click "install" but get an error that I need to put in a disk (haha it's OLD), or I don't have a connection to the internet (but I DO). I tried going back to RIM's site to download the file again, but it's the identical file that I already installed with all features enabled.

    the file I downloaded/installed is 501_b073_multilanguage

Why won't Media Manager launch or install?? (I'm using Win 7)
