    I have a Torch 9800. A week ago of so, I would sync up my torch with the media sync software, it would read my iTunes playlists and all the music was there. It worked exactly the way it was supposed to. Today, I tried to sync and was given a msg that iTunes is not installed. It is installed, but Desktop can't recognize it for some reason. How do I fix this?

    Re-install iTunes.

    I've got the same issue with a Curve 8520. I have uninstalled and re-installed both Itunes and Blackberry Desktop and I still get the same "Itunes is Not Installed." Any other ideas? Thanks.
