Issues with syncing outlook Contacts using DM

Hi friends!! I would like to sync all my outlook contacts approx 1400 to my 9900, the issue that I am having is the following: I wiped my device of all its contacts I cleaned up my outlook contacts so that its exactly as I would like it- also all my outlook contact DO NOT have middle names. Now when I sync I see that DM surprisingly inserts some middle names, even though there aren't any in outlook. What I think is happening is that if I have in FIRST name something like "D B" what I see is that it takes the B and put it in middle name value which I don't want. I tried to double click in advanced options in DM so that middle names do not sync but that doesn't help, It takes the D only into first name value and not the B!! any help would be greatly appreciated!!
