Issues with BlackBerry Professional Software Version 4.1 SP4 for Microsoft Exchange

Hi please can someone help me I have recently brough a new Blackberry

Blackberry 9000
Smartphone (3G, WiFi)
V4.6.0.162 (Platform 4.0.0.155)

Since I got the new phone my emails and syc has stopped working

We are running Exchange 2003 and we have 2 Blackberry users.

We have a version of Blackberry Software on our server � the readme.txt file states:
�BlackBerry Professional Software Version 4.1 SP4 for Microsoft Exchange Readme File
Last modified: 26 September 2007�
When trying to open the Blackberry Manager software, the following error appears:

Failed to open the default message store using the MAPI Profile "BlackberryManager". Please review the log for details.. You will not be able to send messages from Blackberry Manager by Email"

PLease can you tell me what has heppened?
