    I've never had any issues with Desktop Manager before. All of a sudden I get a pop up saying "Initializing BlackBerry Desktop Manager". It takes 30 seconds or loner before this pop goes away. There are times when the program will freeze and never get beyond that point. Once loaded, Desktop Manager does not recognize my device's PIN#.
    Any suggestions as to what's the issue?

    The best thing may be to uninstall DM, restart and the reinstall DM.
