how do i get pics etc. from my media manager to my pics folder on my computer???

You should be able to highlight them, then drag and drop.

um, i can't figure it out?
also i can't get pics from my device to even show up on manager....

Do you have a memory card installed in the phone?

If so, are you saving pictures to the SD card or to the device memory?

I have a media card they should be saving to the card now but i have some on the device i want to save to my computer then delete to clear up space on the actual phone

Well you can transfer files from the device memory to the card or you can email them to yourself if you have 2 email accounts.

But as far as the problem goes... When you plug your phone into the PC and start up Desktop Manager, can you see the photos using Roxio Media Manager?

And can you view the pictures on the phone or are they just dissapearing?

I think I have it figured out... It just takes me a while I am not tech savvy at all!
Media manager has an area for device and then the card right??
I think I found the device area then saved it to my documents then dragged them to my photo area, I don't know if thats the right way but it worked!!
