    Seems like BlackBerry is in the process of updating it..

    1) The file is missing.
    2) They switched it from .13 to .16 then back to .13

    Updated Mac version seems to be much needed by many. Most Link issues are with people on Macs.

    Odd they haven't rolled back the Windows version on the website though. If you try to download the software you get a "file not found" error. Would hate to be trying to setup my new Z10 or A10 right now on Windows, I'd be out of luck.

    Didn't fix for me. I can still see all my computers, all online, but none of my files visible.

    I haven't update link yet, but as you did and are still unable to use remote file access (like me and many others) when is this going to addressed. there is no way I'm turning off my firewall in order to get link to function properly. I don't understand the hold up here. this is a significant problem, likely affects many, and needs to be corrected yesterday.

    Mine doesn't work with my firewall turned off either. I can never see PC files on my phone.
