I have a question about the desktop manager.

I have two computers. One is my main one that I do all my OS upgrades and major BB downloads on. My other computer I just downloaded the desktop software just in case I wanted to download a theme that wasn't OTA. My question is, when I downloaded on the second computer all it showed were the applications I had installed on my phone already. So none of the languages or the core applications that show up in download manager show up on the second computer. And I would like to re-download the Tasks application. (I'm not around the other computer much, long story)

Anyway, if I were to download the OS I am currently running on my pearl to the second computer would the stuff that just comes with the OS (tasks, bb messenger, etc.) start showing up on my download manager?

Yes, you need to download the OS that's on your BB onto your computer for what you want to do.
