When searching the forums for how to sync music to my Storm, including syncing with iTunes, I keep reading about clicking "media'' or "media manager" in desktop manager. I have searched every nook and cranny of DM and there is NOTHING regarding media whatsoever. Can someone please help? thanks.

When you installed DM did you also install Roxio? You were given the option early in the process. If you didn't install it you're not missing much!
