    So I don't know if this is just with windows 10 or because I have a retina Display MacBook Pro and put the scaling at 150% but blend doesn't seem to like being legible right now I found this interestic scaling issue windows 10-blend.jpg

    I thought it might be with other programs as well but link doesn't seem to affect link either

    Wow.
    I don't know about ultra hd screens, but scaling in blend is generally terrible. I don't think they implemented much
