Sorry if this is a dumb question, but here it goes. My company uses Groupwise for email. I've got Outlook installed on my PC and have connected my Groupwise account to Outlook so that I can use my email address in Outlook and get the better interface (in my opinion).

When I try to do an Import from Outlook through BlackBerry Link, Link tells me that there is no local calendar/contacts/tasks to sync and doesn't move past this page.

My Groupwise account is set up in Outlook as a "MAPI" account, though I'm not really sure what this means

Do I need to configure my email account a different way? Does Outlook need to be marked as the default email account for it to be recognized by Link?

I've never synced this way before (I usually redirect everything to an outlook.com account to accomplish this), but I thought I'd give the new Link software a try and see how it works. Any help would be appreciated!
