OK guys have used desktop manger 4 ever but i downloaded the new os i have tried and tried to install this and my desktop manger does not even know its there do u have any ideas on how to get this to work

First off, Dont use DM except to back up the old OS. Go to the beta forum:
http://forums.crackberry.com/f95/

And follow the instructions there on updating to OS 6.


If you really want to use DM, make sure you downloaded AND installed the software, delete the vendor XML, back up your device, disconnect your internet so DM does not look online for a software version, and give that a go.

I would recommend apploader, however.
