    I am switching from a Z10 to a Z30 via BlackBerry Link device switch. My Z10 his encrypted (but the SD card is not) and my email accounts are setup with 2-factor authentication. Should I be doing anything special before initiating a device switch?

    Check in BBW for apps that backup all emails, sms, mms, and contacts first. I would also write down any passwords you have just in case it doesn't roll over.
