I'm trying to restore my phone using Blackberry Link to a backup I created using Blackberry link. Nothing deep at all right? The restore fails with the following message:

"Restore was cancelled. The operation was cancelled, and some items were not restored"

Come on Blackberry. Really? I have a Blackberry Classic running 10.3.1.1298.

Thanks BB-Jam215. I found that article and tried its suggestions before I posted. The resolution suggested in the article did not work.
