i downloaded pocketmac and the driver updates but the option to trasfer mp3s from itunes is annoyingly grayed out. i've enabled the mass storage transfer on my storm, but it won't show up on the desktop on our mac.
Can't use PocketMac for media syncing yet. Missing Sync allows you to transfer music to your Storm from your Mac/iTunes. But, licensed music will not transfer -- music must be free of any restrictions. CDs that you import into iTunes will transfer.

I think you mean Media Sync. And as of a few weeks ago, all iTunes music has been stripped of DRM. I think they offer an option to strip all your old music of DRM via a small fee.
