How can I uninstall BlackBerry Blend from my pc?

I am trying to uninstall blackberry blend from my PC. I am getting an error message that says.....check access to C:/Config.Msi\8102f86.rbf
I can't believe how much time I have spent trying to uninstall this product. What's the deal?

you go to your control panel and uninstall. do you have an uninstaller? my windows 8.1 laptop came with a third party uninstaller that gets all the files out.
