Install it on your computer, turn on Blend on your phone (wifi on, or connect phone via USB), open blend on your computer. Connect. That's about all it takes. You'll enter your phone's password. It's very easy. Enterprise is not required.

I had installed Blackberry Blend software in PC but its not connect with my Blackberry Passport. I had tried with USB cable and Wi-Fi both but its not work.

I had read out some where its require Enterprise server to access your PC through Blackberry Blend.

I don't have Enterprise and it works great on my laptop. Enterprise is not needed.
This should help, plus make sure your phone has the correct BB10 version #: http://helpblog.blackberry.com/2014/...ckberry-blend/
