    I updated the Desktop manager & i am trying to update my BB Bold 9930 and it has gone through the whole process & FROZEN on the restore section ... it's almost complete but completely stuck (146 of 167) WHAT do i DO? I don't want to disconnnect and lose everything but I don't think this is going to finish... anyone have any ideas??
