I picked up my phone this morning to make a call. The desktop or home page was missing all the icons. The blackberry or menu button will not work. I have removed the battery and tried all the reboots I know of. I can make a call by selecting the green phone button. I can get to my camera by pressing the button on the right side of the phone and then select switch application to get to email, brower, camera, browser, push to talk, blackberry messenger, google maps. I just can not access them from the home screen or desktop. Can someone please help?
